PowerSchool replaces ProgressBook

The Amherst School District was required to transition to a new student information system for the 2012-2013 school year called PowerSchool by Pearson.  Since Pearson does not support ProgressBook, the district also had to transition to Pearson’s gradebook program.  The Amherst staff is currently being trained on the PowerSchool gradebook and the district is in the process of setting up the parent portal.  Once the setup is complete around mid-September, new login information will be distributed to parents and students for access to the PowerSchool gradebook.
