Report cards for Powers, Harris, Nord, and Steele will go home with students on Wednesday. AJH report cards went home with students today due to early printing. If you have any questions regarding your child’s report card, please contact the school office.
The Amherst Exempted Village School District is partnering with Campus Impact to provide the entire community with a full access pass to online videos and resources for bullying prevention! To access the online videos and Family Worksheets, just click on the Campus Impact > ON DEMAND logo on the district’s main webpage or any school webpage and type in the case-sensitive password: AmherstComets
The main Amherst/Campus Impact page contains 38 short videos to address topics like Bullying Roles, Relational Aggression, Sexting Prevention, Cyber-bullying and a Storybook selection for K-4. Download the PowerSchool Parent iOS App for iPad, iPhone, and other Apple devices to access your child’s performance reports from your mobile device. Select the “PowerSchool iPad Directions” link underneath the “PowerSchool Parent Login” link on the main webpage and follow the step-by-step directions to set up the app on any iOS device.
REMINDER - On Monday, September 17, Amherst students will bring home information to help parents create a PowerSchool Parent Account to access their child’s grades and attendance online. The document will provide step-by-step directions on how to set-up the Parent Account and will contain the student’s name, access ID, and access password. Parents will receive one document for each child that is attending an Amherst school and can use the information to link all children under one account!
